Mentawai surf trip options here are all inclusive and tailored around your dates, room preference, and who’s surfing. You’ll get accommodation, meals, surf boat logistics, and plenty of off water extras included.
Rates change by season and availability, enquire with your dates for the latest options. Some items are usually extra, transfers from Padang, surf tax, bar items, spa treatments, surfboard hire, and photo or video.
Your Mentawai island accommodation is designed for surf recovery and proper sleep. Expect air conditioning, en suite bathrooms with hot water, in room Wi Fi, and open verandas with sea, lagoon, or pool views. Suites are elevated for more breeze and privacy, and the layout keeps everything close to meals, the pool, and the boats.
Twin Share Deluxe Suite
Located on the second floor of the main building, with ocean, lagoon, and pool views. Each suite has a veranda with seating and privacy shades, plus good insulation so rooms stay cool and quiet. Great for friends, couples, or solo travellers sharing.
Family Sized Deluxe Suite
Set near the pool and tropical gardens, with extra space to spread out. Family suites can be arranged to suit your group and can work for up to four when travelling with children, using an extra fold up bed. A solid choice for mixed groups where not everyone is surfing all day.
Private Villa Option
For extra privacy, villa style stays are available within the property, tucked among tropical gardens and still a short walk from the main resort facilities. Ideal if you want a quieter base while keeping the same easy access to meals, boats, and downtime areas.
This is the kind of Mentawai trip that feels properly remote, but still comfortable. You wake up to ocean air, grab a solid breakfast, then plan your surf around what the day is doing rather than forcing a fixed timetable. Between sessions you can slow everything down, good food, time by the pool, and space to properly recover so you are ready for the next tide.
It also works well for mixed groups. If only some of you are surfing, there is still plenty to do on the island, relaxed lagoon time, snorkelling, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and easy exploring when you want a change of pace.

Surf planning here is all about timing, tide, and your level. Board rental can be arranged, but availability changes week to week. If you want a rental, send your height, weight, ability, and what you normally ride, plus whether you need a leash and fins. We will confirm what is available for your dates, and any costs, deposits, and damage rules in your quote.
Yoga sessions are available and suit all levels, ideal for flexibility, recovery, and staying fresh through the trip. There is also a gym on site if you want to keep moving between surfs.
Most trips route via Padang, then onward to the Mentawai Islands, usually Padang to Sikakap by fast ferry, then speedboat to the island. Share your flight details and preferred travel days, and we will recommend the smoothest plan and coordinate the transfers around your check in and check out.
This trip is not just surfing. There is plenty to do on and around the lagoon, with equipment available such as kayaks, paddle boards, snorkelling gear, and fishing gear. Speedboat trips with a guide can also be arranged for snorkelling, fishing, village visits, and exploring nearby beaches and islands.
