Outer Reef was founded in 1999, and for over 25 years we’ve been training surf instructors and helping build high-quality surf resorts, schools and surf camps around the world. From the UK and across Europe to destinations such as Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Costa Rica and Madagascar, we’ve lived, trained and surfed in every place we work with.
Alongside surf holidays, we also deliver international surf instructor courses and host Salty Sisters women-only surf retreats in many of these locations. This experience allows us to carefully hand-pick the best resorts, surf camps and instructors, tailored for solo travellers, couples, families and groups.
