Surf Guiding

The price for the Outer Reef Surf Travel Sri Lanka package includes surf guiding. We surf twice a day, every day of the week and offer these daily sessions with our Surf guides for all levels of surfing. We create small groups for our surf sessions, divided by surfing skill level, and take our guests to the right surf spots depending on the daily currents, tides, and wind conditions. If you are a total surfing beginner, we highly recommend you book our 5-day Learn-To-Surf package, the ideal surf course in Sri Lanka.

Rental Board Insurance

Surf with confidence and insure your rental board. Board insurance will cover the costs for repairs as required over a period of one to three weeks, whether it’s a small ding, (dent) or a snapped board. All damage is professionally repaired. Note: If parts of the board get lost – even within the water – the repair costs will be paid by the user.

No Need to Bring Your Own Board!

We take out the difficulty and worry of bringing a board to Sri Lanka, we have them at the camp already. Available for rent are a range of shortboards (5’8“ – 7’0“), mini-malibus (7’0“ – 7’8“) and funshapes. We have a variety of longboards, from every level to all condition capable. Leashes and Lycra are included in rental pricing. Repairs or equipment that is lost while surfing in Sri Lanka needs to be paid for by the user.

Outer Reef: Food & Drink Highlights

At Outer Reef Sri Lanka, food is part of the adventure. Our camp restaurant is open daily, serving up fresh, flavourful dishes from 7 am to 10 pm. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast every morning, featuring a range of international and local options made with fruit from our own grounds.

Dinner is included five nights a week gather with fellow guests for themed group meals, from classic Sri Lankan rice and curry to Mexican nights and our legendary Friday BBQ.
